Located at Cape Schanck on the Mornington Peninsula Coastline and boasting ocean views of Bass Straight and overlooking the fairways of The National Golf Club this 4 Bedroom home is the perfect place to enjoy your coastal escape. Whether it’s a golf weekend or enjoying the nearby wineries, Cape Schanck is centrally located between Flinders, Red Hill and Blairgowrie making exploring the Peninsula a Breeze. Cape Schanck boasts 4 golf courses ranked in the top 50 in Australia making it a perfect location for golf enthusiasts however if Golfing isnt on the list there is the walking tracks to the popular Bushrangers Bay and The Cape Schanck Lighthouse just 5 minutes away or if you want to relax and put your feet up there is the renowned “One Spa” also 5 minutes from the home. With something for everyone we hope you enjoy The Cape Golfers Retreat.
The architecturally designed single level home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 main open plan kitchen/dining/living as well as a separate lounge room. The main living consists of a large kitchen with Meile appliances and has a timber lined raked ceilings which finishes down to full width windows which open onto a sundeck to enjoy the sunset over the ocean.
The main living has dining for 8 people and has a wood fire for the cooler winter nights. There is also a covered front alfresco which is protected from the elements and has a built in BBQ.
Bed configurations are 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen and 2 singles. The home has a double garage, NBN, Smart TVs and all rooms have individually controlled heating and cooling. Laundry has drying racks as well as washing machine and dryer. The home is located in a quiet neighbourhood and guests must ensure neighbours are not disturbed, as per Mornington Peninsula short stay laws outside noise is not allowed after 11pm however we asked guests to be mindful of the neighbours at all times.
