The Californian is one of the most private locations in the exclusive guard gated Serra Retreat. A Hybrid of Malibu and Palm Springs. Located up a long gated driveway, this 2.5-acre property offers a lot of sun and complete privacy. A massive pool with spa and slide, perfect outdoor grilling area, the complete vacation home. The home has a ping pong table, bikes, beach chair, and paddle boards. The beach is a short bike ride or car trip away just across the PCH. Enjoy with the whole family. The Space: The Californian is truly a unique property surrounded by massive palm trees, green grass, lots of beautiful plants/trees, and mountains. Master suite on the main level, two guest bedrooms, plus living room and family room, high ceilings which open up to the magical backyard with heated pool & spa area. Slide, built-in fire pit & BBQ. 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with mountain views. All of the furniture, bedding, kitchenware, TV's, are all brand new. Enjoy Apple TV in the family room with theatre surround sound. Every bedroom is connected to the internet with a brand new smart TV. Listen to music with Sonos speakers throughout and in every bedroom. Have fun with the unique slide and the oversized pool/spa in the backyard as well the private fire pit area. Guests are welcome to use our brand new beach cruiser bikes (2 men, 2 women, and 1 girl). We have one fat tire boy's BMX bike. All bikes come with helmets and locks. Ride the bikes to the country mart and have! 2 Inflatable paddleboards are available as well (complimentary)! Close distance to Pepperdine University, perfect for family trips. Nearby Malibu Wine Safari, Calamigos Ranch, a great spot for wedding goers. Business events, business retreats, yoga retreats, art experiences, and more considered. Note: Solar pool heat is complimentary, It is $150 per night for additional pool heating by propane if requested.
