Strictly family holiday or romantic getaway enquiries only. A very comfortable house with all modern conveniences combined with a stylish pavillion style deck with outdoor entertainment facilities. The property has an ideal aspect over private lawn, nature reserve and Moreton bay beaches. It is both extremely private and in one of the village's best a nature reserve and 50 meters from a beautiful sandy bay beach which is perfect for the kids to swim. Features include both an outdoor stainless steel kitchen and an indoor kitchen. Also a sensational outdoor shower plus a beach shower. Only a 300m walk to the well known Gutter Bar for a cold beer, good food and friendly island folk. Things to Do NO large groups, boys fishing weekends or party house weekends allowed. This house is available for family style holidays only. Its a 50 metre stroll to the famous Sunsetter Beach, a 5 minute drive to the surf beach and then all the fabulous activities of Moreton Island including miles of pristine beaches, unspoilt national park, Blue lagoon, Cape Moreton, Mount Tempest etc etc. Things to do are endless. Our family enjoys beach walks,4WD driving on beaches, fishing (including catching squid and crabs!), canoeing, beach barbeque's, boating, bush walks, and most of all relaxing and having dont forget the fabulous sunsets over Moreton Bay!! House Features A really great comfortable house with a fantastic indoor/outdoor living design. Three bedrooms with a separate bunk/rumpus room. One king room, one queen room and one double (with third single bunk) room. Bunk house /rumpus room with three single bunks. Lounge with comfy couches, TV and fire place. 2 massive outdoor deck areas with dining table, couches and stainless steel bar,sink and barbeque. Two toilets, indoor and outdoor showers. Solar power with automatic back up generator. Two fridges, dish washer, bed and linen service.
