Summary: A shipping container (YES, a SHIPPING Container!) now brings a tranquil, peaceful and relaxing experience after being converted into a Semi-Underground container home. Fully self-contained 3 bedroom, one bathroom and kitchen amongst the whispering trees visited by a variety of birds will become your home away from home. The Bunker provides a great living space and includes an outdoor area encompassing a bar servery through the kitchen window. Relax outside with the view or a book under the shade on offer the tall trees and umbrella. This outdoor area is a perfect place to have a BBQ or to enjoy the milky night sky. Being out of town this is one of the many perks during your stay at The Bunker. The Space: There is a private house on the property which guests will not have access to. The owners have a very friendly medium size dog onsite which may come up to the secure fence (unable to come any closer) but tends to stay nearby their home. There is a pleasant path that can be found down the driveway to the right which leads you past the private property and into a charming open area including a creek nearby. If you're looking to explore further there are tracks right up to the bush. Be sure to put on some insect repellent as you may find a few mossies flying around. Guest Access: 3 bedroom converted shipping container, kitchen, bathroom and relaxing outdoor area including BBQ. The Neighborhood: Mullion Creek is a small quiet town 10mins north of Orange, NSW. The town itself contains a church, hall and school. Surrounded by beautiful wildlife, the area is a lovely place to enjoy the comforts of rural NSW while being so close to the city of Orange where you can find a great restaurant for dinner, local shops and vineyards. Keep your eyes peeled in Mullion Creek as there have been sightings of a 'large orange cat' in the area, some say look like a cougar. You might just be lucky enough to spot the animal during your travels. Getting Around: The property is a 20 min drive from Orange CBD. Orange Taxi Service and Uber are also available to use.
