Welcome to our newly renovated 4-bedroom/2-bathroom home that can sleep eight guests! Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown! Everything you could want is minutes away, dining, a brewery, coffee shops, the farmers market, and more! Families and friends will love this stay! Pets are welcome with a fee. The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a lockbox. Step inside the living room; this cozy space has a sofa, two chairs, and an extra seating area near the front door. Continue through the living room to access the upstairs and the dining room. The master bedroom is straight through the dining room, and the fully-equipped kitchen is to the left. We provide all the essentials so you can easily prep meals during your stay! Off the kitchen is a large laundry room and pantry.
Our home has a split bedroom layout, one downstairs and three upstairs. The bedroom on the main floor has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs the first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a queen bed, and the third has two twin beds. The second full bathroom is located upstairs and easily accessible to upstairs rooms.
Guest Access:
The house has a lockbox with a key at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
