Set high in a quiet court overlooking the Prom, both Corner and Shallow Inlets and the Strzelecki Ranges, The Breezes @ Yanakie has a wide elevated verandah on three sides, spacious living rooms, a cook's kitchen, a kitchenette, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Breezes also has a unique enclosed barbecue area with a table and seating safe from any prevailing weather! The House Beautiful secretly-nailed and polished timber floors are a feature of the upstairs open-plan lounge and dining area and kitchen, along with large picture windows and sliding glass doors that lead out on to the verandah. There are inviting armchairs and an L-shaped sofa, occasional tables, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a flat screen colour television, a stereo and a wooden dining table and chairs for 10. The Breezes's main kitchen, with its eye-catching red glass splash-back, is fully equipped with a good range of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking and serving utensils. You'll find an electric stove and oven, a microwave, a toaster and kettle, a dishwasher, with detergents and tea towels supplied, as well as plenty to storage space. The Breezes @ Yanakie has four bedrooms, sleeping up to nine people, with three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private access to the verandah, a built-in wardrobe and a well-appointed en suite bathroom, with shower, hand basin and toilet.
