Bedding: 2 queens, 3 double, 5 singles. Large entertaining areas overlooking the beach and ocean. Table tennis, surf boards and boogie boards. Fully equipped kitchen. 'The boy and the Rose' cafe 50 metres down the road Minutes drive to South Avoca and Terrigal. Patrolled but uncrowded beach. Snorkel the offshore reef or dive the HMAS Adelaide wreck less than 2km from shore. Spacious, open planned design. Reverse cycle airconditioning and heating. Multiple secure parking spaces. Property layout: Level 2 (upstairs) - Master bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom with queen size bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds.
