Positive: we really love our stay at boulders and have stayed there quite often. 106 had everything we need, great kitchen accessories/utensils - has an airfryer, snackwich machine. loved the pool which was always clean. loved the balcony we saw dolphins everyday from there. The proximity to the beach and promenade is also a huge win!
Negative: We only got the cleaner in after 8 days, we were leaving on the 9th day, the drain was very blocked so it was a massive flood in our bathroom. the floor tiles were extremely slippery especially when wet/oil spilt and with a toddler was very dangerous. For comfort rating- the fan in the second bedroom wasnt really working well- no high or low. and the office blinds in bedroom and lounge doesnt create a comfortable sleeping/relaxing atmosphere. otherwise was the perfect stay.
Summary: We loved staying at the boulders!
