Unique duplex home in a prime location so close to the beach and conveniently located to downtown hot spots like the Hangout. Dine at the adjacent restaurant, Desoto's, for mouth-watering seafood or order take out and enjoy quality seafood at home.
Both floors are available to rent to accommodate up to 19 guests or can be rented individually. This level can accommodate up to 10 guests. Very spacious 3BR/3BA with high ceilings, and Free WiFi! Parking for 4-6 cars per side available.
As you enter the spacious first bedroom, it will include a queen-size bed, 40" TV and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The second bedroom includes two sets of twin-sized bunk beds with closet for storage. The hall bathroom can be accessed from the second bedroom and hall (perfect for guests using the hall bunk or living room sleeper).
The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and plenty of counter space for prepping meals. The bonus laundry room includes a full-sized washer & dryer, counter space and shelving. Wet bar with free standing high capacity ice maker. Kuerig single cup coffee maker too!
Gather in the living room to watch the game on the large 55 Inch SMART TV! All SMART TVs with 50 inch ROKU TVs in each bedroom. YouTube TV service provided in each unit, with all streaming services available on your own personal account (NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, Disney +, etc).
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with premium mattress for ultimate comfort & relaxation + a wall-mounted 60" TV. The master has an attached en-suite bathroom with gorgeous tiled shower and separate tub. The double vanity is large with ample cabinetry for storage plus more space in the adjacent closet. There is a full size, foldable foam mattress in the closet (if used, please return to closet before departure).
Great views of the beach and gulf from the private balcony accessible from the living room & master bedroom. E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 deg.
