2 Bedroom Cabin in Bay of Fundy & Annapolis Valley, Aylesford
The cottage is tucked away in the woods where its peaceful and quiet. We are located close enough to Kentville, New Minas and Wolfville to enjoy all that Annapolis Valley has to offer wihile still being able to retreat. (Approx 30 minutes from Kentville/New Minas)
The wood stove is a favourite feature for winter guests as it keeps the cottage very cozy on cold nights.
In the summer guests love having two lake accesses to use as well as kayaks to bring along with them. We are located walking distance (2 minutes) to a deeded lake access and just around the corner from Aylesford Lake Public Beach - In the opposite direction you can also access Lake George.
The Valley is full of amazing restaurants and wineries that focus on supporting our local farmers that make Annapolis Valley so special. Visit the orchards, walk the vineyards, experience breath taking views of The Bay of Funds and see why everyone is so drawn to this piece of paradise.
We have ample parking and allow for guests to bring toys if they wish such as snowmobiles and boats. You are welcome to use the lake access to drop your boats if desired.
We spend most of our summer nights barbequing on the front porch, dining al fresco and retreating to the fire pit for the evening. In the winter we cozy up around the big wood island or sit around the dining table chatting and playing games or doing puzzles while the fire roars.
