Just steps to the sand, the Blue Pelican is the perfect get away for your next vacation. Third house from the sand! The Blue Pelican is a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home that has been recently renovated and refurnished. There is over 3200 sq feet of home to spread out and relax plus the deck featuring propane grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the ocean breeze.
The main living area is located on the second floor, boasting an open airy concept design. Fast meals or gourmet feasts will be a breeze for the family chef as the kitchen has plenty of counter space for meal prep, stainless steel appliances plus extras like an under counter ice machine and wine cooler. The living area has several couches plus smart tv for catching the game or a family movie night.
Formal dining room and conversation area lead to the sliders where the deck can be accessed. Grill up the fresh catch while enjoying the sounds of the ocean just a few feet away. Plenty of seating is available on the deck to eat al fresco or to enjoy that morning coffee
Master Bedroom has a king size mattress and ensuite bathroom. The walk-in shower, dual vanities & jetted tub, are sure to make you feel like you are in a spa.
Riding the elevator or taking the steps will bring to the loft area. The loft area houses several books and games plus another smart tv and a sleeper sofa for those extra guests. There is also three bedrooms plus bathroom on this floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two bunk beds with full size mattresses.The loft area overlooks the 2nd floor. It houses several books and games plus another smart tv and a sleeper sofa for those extra guests. Pet friendly for one dog under 45lbs with pet fee of $200
Four-bedroom home with almost 3200 sq ft of roaming room, outdoor shower, plus a deck all within steps of the ocean. Plenty of parking so bring your toys! Recently renovated top to bottom!
The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes
Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
