The Space:
Welcome to The Blue Pearl, the only beachfront rental in the town of Cape Charles! Just steps from the water, you’ll fall in love with our spectacular views of the bay from the open concept living room or the spacious back deck. Conveniently located in Bay Creek’s Marina Village, The Blue Pearl is a short walk to The Oyster Farm restaurant and the marina, or a quick golf cart ride to town for shopping and dining. For those who would like to cook, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill are available for your use and enjoyment. (Sleeps 8-10 beds 9 and 10 are cots)
The four season porch off of the living room, overlooking the bay, is the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating on the main level for adults and children alike. The large dining table seats up to 10, the kitchen island seats 4 with additional gathering room, there is outdoor dining for 8, and additional seating throughout the living room and four season porch.
The second floor is equally stunning, with a sprawling ocean view king primary suite. With an abundance of natural light and panoramic views of the bay, you’ll find it difficult to leave this room. Curl up on the private four season porch with a book to end your day, and enjoy the large ensuite bathroom with double sinks, separate shower and jacuzzi tub, as well as an oversized walk-in closet with built-ins.
The second king primary suite has a lovely porch as well; perfect for a private breakfast or enjoying an evening cocktail. You’ll appreciate how spacious this room is with its own sitting area, an ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and beautiful ocean views, and the fourth bedroom, has 2 twin beds and shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the queen room. The house is also equipped with 2 comfortable twin cots for additional sleeping options. (Sleeps 8-10)
The top level of the house offers a beautiful, light-filled room overlooking the bay. Sit in the comfortable swivel chairs to watch the sunset over the water, or set up your laptop to get some work done at the desk. You can also open up the french doors to step out onto the balcony - a perfect spot for a birds eye view of the bay.

We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Chesapeake Properties by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- In the State of Virginia and in Northampton County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction.
- There is no guard around the pools. - Use at your own risk.
- This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
