Just three minutes' walk from the famous white sands of Callala Beach, the small town conveniences of Callala Bay and the bigger shopping opportunities of Nowra only a 20 minute drive away, this cottage is perfectly located. Inside the two-bedroom cottage pine floorboards, white roman blinds, open plan living and floor to ceiling glass doors that open out to the large sunny deck overlooking a lush garden gives the home a light and airy feeling. The recently renovated kitchen features modern appliances including a ceramic cooktop, Electrolux built-in oven, dishwasher, cappuccino machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The Blue House is stocked with all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils you need for that romantic escape or weekend by the beach. Perch at the cocktail bar, equipped with CD player and iPod dock while topping up the chef's wine and enjoying great conversation with friends. While the inside is exceptional, the garden is where you'll be wanting to spend most of your time. The fully-fenced back garden gives you peace of mind that the fur child, or two-legged kind, can explore and stay entertained without constant surveillance. Enjoy a sun-soaked breakfast on the deck before laying out the beach chairs to indulge in the Sunday papers under the shade of the trees. After a trip to the dog-friendly beach, wash off the salt and sand under the hold & cold outdoor shower - including a hot & cold hose for the doggie rinse! As the sun sets, fire up the barbecue and enjoy the twilight as the night sky reveals its beauty. If your evening wish list is more relaxation, a lazy night in front of the TV is assured with a large flatscreen, two comfy two and a half seat sofas and huge selection of DVDs and CDs. A hot shower or long tub soak in the newly renovated bathroom before falling asleep to the sound of the lapping waves will complete your perfect weekend escape. If things heat up, both of the queen-sized bedrooms' ceiling fans ensure a relaxing night's sleep far from the maddening crowd. Accommodation The house can accommodate up to four people. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed with two chests of drawers and an armoire. The second bedroom also has a very comfortable queen sized bed, a bedside table and a chest of drawers. Doonas, pillows and their covers are provided, all of the linen is 100% cotton, of excellent quality and is fully washed before every stay. Please bring your own sheets and towels for your stay. Other Things You Should Know - 50% deposit is required upon booking and the balance is due and payable 14 days prior to your stay. - Payment is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by the client. - A $500 refundable deposit bond is required for each stay. - No smoking inside of the house. - Dogs are most welcome but please keep them off of the beds and couches. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, etc.
