Summary: Great stay in IRB. Mike greeted us at our convenience when arriving to the property. Good conversationalist and attentive and still gives you privacy. Place was recently remodeled so everything is clean and new. The 6 seater golf cart was a great amenity - we didn’t use a car at all and took the cart to the beach and local restaurants. You can either park in designated cart spots or residential car spots - it’s great and super convenient. There’s a market down the street that has small items but mostly just your beer and wine and quick grabs. Publix is right across the bridge if you need groceries - we took an uber there and back - very easy. Back yard is great with the private dock. We used the grill, kayaks and hot tub - all with no issues. Umbrellas, large cooler and folding camping chairs provided. We rented folding Tommy bahama chairs locally for the weekend for a few of us due to preferences. Would overall recommend for a large group. Thanks!
