This newly-renovated 2,000 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths is situated on a large protected cove with big water access just 100 yards away. The lighted dock has been re-decked and provides secure docking for multiple boats with no need to pull your boat out of the water during your stay.
We are located just 9 miles from I-95 and Santee, and there are four golf courses and the new Palmetto Traverse Putting Course within 11 miles of the house. Lakeside Marina is less than a thousand feet away where you can use their landing to put your boat in the water or rent pontoon boats, jet skis, canoes and kayaks. There are also 2 public landings within 3.5 miles of the house. Our cove is a popular fishing spot for both boats and paddle crafts.
The house has all necessary appliances and a fully-furnished kitchen with a Keurig Duo coffeemaker. There is seating for 12 at the two dining tables with additional seating at the new kitchen island. There is more than ample available cabinet space for the storage of food, appliances and kitchenware you may choose to bring with you.
There are 5 satellite televisions in the house, with one in each bedroom. Most of them are Smart TV’s and a WiFi network and DVD player are provided. The master suite features a king bed with its own bathroom. The second full bathroom services the other 3 bedrooms. The sunroom has wall-to-wall windows that overlook the lake, as well as 2 couches that fold out into double beds, a second dining area and a card table. Many toys, games and books are provided, as well.
The house has a large front and backyard complete with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs for relaxing. You will also find a bench on the dock for enjoying sunrises and sunsets. Additional amenities include:
