Enjoy Nelsons North Shore at The Blue Beach House. This beautiful 3100 sq ft beach front home was custom built in 2010 and no detail was overlooked in its incredible design. Facing due south with an incredible view of the mountains and Sunshine Bay, the property has sun exposure all day and moonlight all evening. A perfect landscape to enjoy whether on the beach, or in the hot tub! The Space The home has an abundance of space and is ideal for several couples or extended families looking to take in the Nelson, BC experience. Due to septic system constraints, a maximum of six guests or six people on the property are allowed at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in the forfeiture of your damage deposit. Enjoy the beach as well as the square floating raft. Docks on either side of the property are private. Although the beach in front of the house belongs to my home, the waterfront is shared amongst all of the residents. With this in mind please be respectful of the neighbours. Use of the hot tub is optional for an extra $100.00 per booking due to extra maintenance. Fresh water is provided for each booking if requested. Please message us if you are interested in using the hot tub. Should you choose to book the Blue Beach house for your holiday, please be aware that there is a noise bylaw requiring quiet time between 10 pm and 8 am. Failing to adhere to this bylaw will result in forfeiture of your damage deposit. A maximum of 3 vehicles on the driveway. You will find this home to be an ideal destination for a relaxing stay. Its located in a residential neighbourhood with easy access to everything Nelson and the surrounding area have to offer. The Neighbourhood Located 25 minutes from Nelson and 5 minutes from Kokanee Creek Provincial Park, you are minutes away from mountain biking and hiking opportunities in the warmer months. Ainsworth Hot Springs is located a short drive away and is a must visit if traveling in the area. Minutes from Hellmans, canoe and kayak rentals are readily available for your leisure. Multiple west coast picturesque golf courses are also only a stroke away. A 45 minute drive to Whitewater Ski Resort in the winter will offer one of the most challenging and unique skiing experiences you can find anywhere. No parties or events.
