Welcome to "The Billi Hideout" - An all Australian, Kelly Gang inspired home. Located in the Byron Shire, The Billi Hideout is 2 mins to Brunswick Heads & 15 mins to Byron Bay. Forget pricey motel bills, this place is decked out with: NETFLIX, WIFI, SPA, POOL TABLE, DART BOARD, FIRE PIT, BOSE SOUND SYSTEM, SONYTV. Enjoy a beer around the bonfire or a champagne in the spa. PRIME LOCATION for those wanting a weekend away. Perfect for families, group bookings and central for festival goers. Accomodation Fee: MAXIMUM NUMBERS ARE TO BE CONFIRMED BEFORE BOOKING We have a limit of persons on the property for insurance purposes. Strictly NO PARTIES UNLESS COMMUNICATED WITH OWNER FIRST - Please contact to negotiate a rate for a party (This includes Bucks parties and hens nights) - Spontaneous arrivals will be charged per head Peak Time - (Christmas, New Years, Festivals and Parties): Contact for flat rate price 2 Night Minimum Stay Security Deposit: We only ask that $500 security deposit is taken prior to checkin to hold the booking , this is then retained against any damages, property theft or additional cleaning costs that may occur over your stay. The deposit is refunded back to you after check out :) The space: Smoking is allowed but ONLY OUTDOOR (No smoking in the house permitted) There is plenty of space for games, extra tents or multiple cars. WE ARE ALSO PET FRIENDLY. (Please enquire with host for further details on how to enjoy a stay with your pet) Guest access: For access purposes, there are 2 different roads which lead to The Billi Hideout. The first is an old country road which runs direct to Billinudgel town, passing the old, infamous Billinudgel Hotel (make sure to stop here for a whopper of a meal). The second road can be accessed off the pacific highway and runs direct through the industrial area. When leaving The Hideout you have the option of these two roads, but if your up for an explore head straight back onto the pacific highway where you can get on your way south to Brunswick (5 min) Byron Bay (20 min or Lennox Head (30 Min). Interaction with guests: Col (the owner) looks forward to welcoming you to hand over the keys - then privacy is all yours. He resides on the lower end of the property but won't bothering you unless you need him. The neighbourhood: Billinudgel is an old railway town in the Northern Rivers of NSW. Only 20 Minutes drive from Byron Bay, this quaint little town is situated between the coast and the Highway. You will find a little road noise especially during peak/festival times but the ambience of the season will have you buzzing with excitement. Billinudgel is central to Brunswick Heads, Ocean Shores, New Brighton, Tweed Heads and of course the beautiful Byron Bay. With easy access to the highway you can explore the shire as you wish. Getting around: There are buses and taxi's that run from the centre of Billinudgel town however your own transport is essential around the Byron Shire.
