The Betty sustained no water damage from Harvey and the owners have taken great care for air quality to create a mold free environment. Hospital grade hepa filtered dehumidifiers and mini split air conditioners ensure a clean and comfortable air environment. You have the freedom in every room to set the temperate to your liking. Constructed out of industrial materials yet fitting craftsmanship and attention to detail featuring high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. At The Betty, most rooms have a beautiful view. Park in the garage load into the elevator and unload is seamless. As you enter the main living area whether by elevator or staircase you immediately are welcomed with the amazing Texas Gulf Coast views! With high ceilings, all hard surface floors, no carpet for cleanliness, comfortable furniture and 4 HDTVs, you’ll know you’ve arrived in paradise as soon as you walk in the door. The interior of The Betty features a full gourmet kitchen which includes RO drinking water, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cook-top and oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, Instapot, Keurig, stock pots and an arrangement of cooking accessories that will make any chef satisfied. The Betty offers three bedrooms and four full size bathrooms. The two master suites have the most magnificent Views of the Ocean plus king size beds and a private bathroom with clothing storage. The cozy bunk room offers two twin over twin bunk beds with trundles and a full size private bathroom. Every room is designed with an elegant beach flair. All bedrooms are located on the third floor with walkout balconies and ocean views in the two masters Main hall view as you approach the room of your choice. Laundry room conveniently located on the third floor. The living/kitchen dining area boasts an open concept design with ocean views from all 3 areas as well as a full- sized bath. The living room includes an oversized sectional with 4 twin pullouts. The dining table seats 10 and the kitchen island seats 6. This floor has a walkout balcony with a turn of the knob natural gas fire ring and ocean views. The Betty is tastefully decorated with serene beach colors and art work as not to detract from the main attraction-THE OCEAN VIEWS! Bringing a pair of binoculars is recommended for viewing wildlife in the ocean and watching ships go into the channel. The Betty offers parking for 4 vehicles including garage access. Enjoy the private pool, Custom Ping Pong table and charcoal grill for outdoor fun by the pool. Fishing and Golfing and the airport are located a few minutes away.
