Discovery Bay is a family resort and is a great place to enjoy respectfully as the condo is mixed with short term rentals and full time residents. Respect for the unit, the building and its amenities is incredibly important. The condo has a variety of bylaws to keep the experience enjoyable for everyone. A few of the bylaws include:
- no drinking in the common areas including pool, hot tub, etc
- no excessive noise after 9pm
Any bylaw violations result in a $200 fine which will be charged back to the guests. This is not a unit to come and party in, but available for anyone who wants to enjoy Kelowna in a respectful manner.
