You’ll be located 1 block away from The Blue line train which provides a straight shot inside of O'hare Airport in just 20 min, UBER/ Drive to arrive in just 18 min. The Blue line train will also take you directly to the heart of downtown in just 17 min, UBER/ DRIVE and arrive in just 9 min! You’ll be able to enjoy restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacy, and banks located walking distance from the property. Staying longer than a week? No worries ! I’ve provided coin laundry in the building.

As someone that LOVES to travel to different countries , I’ve transformed my apartment into a safe space that I would want to stay in if I was visiting a new city.
The unit is furnished with extreme simplicity to allow guests to relax and unwind after a full day in one of the busiest cities in the world.
Stay in one of the the most sought out neighborhoods in Chicago to live in. Rest assured, along with a safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors, enjoy your stay with your mind at ease knowing that there are security cameras surrounding the entire outside of the property.
Avondale / Logan Square is known for their widely diverse bars and restaurants walking distance from each other . Another great benefit of staying in this neighborhood is being in the center between Downtown Chicago and Illinois Suburbs. Did I mention Avondale was listed as one of the coolest neighborhoods in the WORLD in 2022!?
Surrounding suburbs/ Famous outlet malls minutes away via express way include :
-Old Orchard outlets (13 min drive)
- Schaumburg (30min drive)
-Skokie (12 min drive)
-Rosemont Fashion Outlets (16min drive)

Building is occupied by single tenants above and below the unit. . This is NOT a party building. There are enough bars and partying locations along Belmont Ave !
Chicago is a HUGE city and with that comes lots of germs! With that being said , no shoes are allowed in the apartment . Let’s work together in maintaining the brand new floors as clean as possible by taking off our shoes by the front entrance or outside of the rear entrance by the mat and shoe rack provided. Slippers are highly encouraged!
