Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.

Summary: the penthouse condo was excellent, very clean, beautiful pool and great location. We were 3 couples and we appreciated the extras that were available, spices, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towel, drinkable water etc. We would recommend this condo to our friends anytime. Thank you,
