Private key pad gate goes out for your own entrance. Our bottom floor unit is completely on a level itself with its own entrance. It has a private entrance that is easy walking to multiple locations including antiques, shops, dinner and the beach. It's cottage-y not condo-y. A great place to retreat from the beach or area activities. There is a huge walk in closet as well!
