The house has three bedrooms and two baths, open living, dining, kitchen areas, and a large beautifully landscaped backyard perfect for BBQs and relaxing cool breezes. Just down the street is the neighborhood homeowners park that you have access to. Play on the beach, launch your boat, or hang out on the picnic tables and have happy hour. You will not be disappointed! Located at mile marker 103.5, you have quick boating access to the ocean or bay, grocery stores, delicious dining, and all the seafood you can eat! Summary: What a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. The house was even better than we we had hoped with everything we needed and more. The private beach is in easy walking distance and very quiet during the week. The location is convenient to great restaurants, stores and the John Pennecamp State Park and beach - a real jewel. It’s also an easy drive to the Miami Airport to pick up visitors. We loved it and hope to be back again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.
