This beautiful 3 room apartment on the top floor of the small condominium (2 floor without elevator) is composed of a large room of 22m2 with kitchen open to living room equipped with a convertible sofa bed (140x200 cm bed) for 2 people and 2 large French windows opening onto a large west-facing balcony with a wide open view of the lake.
On the ground floor of this apartment is a large bathroom with bath / shower, its 2 sinks and the washing machine as well as a small bedroom of 7.5 m2 with its sofa bed (120 cm) and its small independent balcony with lake and castle view. The toilets are independent.
Upstairs you will arrive at the top of the stairs on a first through bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90x190 then behind a sliding door a second very pleasant and bright master bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm.
You can put your suitcases and your cars (2 private parking spaces) to enjoy on foot all the amenities of the village center (5 minutes) and of course access to the lake for swimming and practicing all nautical activities. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk from the Menthon palace and the municipal beach with a small pool and supervised swimming is accessible on foot along the banks of the lake by a pedestrian promenade passing by the small port and its pier. (5 to 10 additional minutes).
At the port (15 minutes on foot) you can rent any type of boat, motor boat, sailboats, catamarans, kayaks and paddle-boards. Annecy is only 10 kilometers away and a bus stop is located in the center of the village with transport every 1/2 hour. From the apartment you can also go directly on hikes in the rock nature reserve or go up to visit the magnificent castle of Menthon Saint Bernard.
For thrill seekers you will have direct paragliding takeoffs from Planfait (you will also find a tree climbing course) and the Col de la Forclaz. A canyoning descent and a climbing wall are accessible in the immediate vicinity above the Angon waterfall.
