A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom townhouse, with ensuite and spa and all the creature comforts of home plus some.
The property has ducted air conditioning through out, two living spaces with Wifi and Smart TV's.
Bedding consists of 1 King Bed and 2 Queen beds, all linen is provided, just bring your beach towels.
The property is located very close to the newly built Wedding chapel on the golf course, so the property is perfect for the bride and groom.
Lucy's place is part of a complex which features a communal pool and tennis courts - the are general rules in relation to the use of these features, which are found in the property Compendium.
There is the golf of course, the beaches, lots of nature walks along the coast and if you want to go further afield there are many of places to visit around the district. The Barrington Coast Tourist Centre Website is a good place to start and has information on places to go, day-trips and events.
Strictly no smoking.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of 3 retired couples shared the accommodation and it suited them very well for location, proximity to cafe and restaurant facilities, proximity to the golf and access to the local area including Blackhead Beach. we enjoyed boating on Wallis Lake and exploring other parts of the Manning valley.However, the downstairs air conditioning was not working, and the TV controls are difficult to work out.
