Positive: The location was exactly what we wanted. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived, plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 children. Pool/air hockey table was a huge hit with the kids. Secure garden for the dogs was brilliant. Welcome basket with tea/coffee/biscuits was a lovely touch. Along with basic washing up/dishwasher bits. A great base for our holiday.
Negative: Better wardrobe/draw space in the bedrooms, none of them had enough so spent the week living out of suitcase. Could have done with a better hoover - the Dyson provided wasn't very good.
