Welcome to the Beach Peach! Newly updated, perfect for your beach vacation or work from home staycation! Located within a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to Port Aransas restaurants, you can not beat this location! This 4 bedroom townhome is perfect for friend groups or family vacations. The unit boasts 3 full bathrooms and 2 living spaces to give everyone enough room to enjoy the space and relax. The peach themed master is downstairs with one queen bed. 2 additional queen beds can be found upstairs in the wave and palm tree rooms. The final jellyfish bedroom has a bunk bed perfect for kids of all ages with a twin bed on top and full bed on bottom. After a fun day at the beach or swimming in the heated community pool, you can go out on the town to some of the best restaurants Port A has to offer, or relax and grill back at the house with our new propane grill and fully equipped kitchen. Immerse yourselves in all the movies Disney+ has to offer on the 65" TV! We're pet friendly! We love dogs and welcome them to stay for an additional $125 cleaning fee. Sorry, no cats! We're allergic! Other things to note: *Smoking of any kind within the house is strictly forbidden. A fee of $1000 will be aggressively pursued for us to fully clear the smell of smoke in addition to any damages caused. For the sake of the experience for our current and future guests, we can not stress this enough. Our cleaners take detailed notes upon checkout, we will start this process immediately should we find out smoking has occurred. *Renters MUST be 25+ to rent property. 8 people maximum. No parties allowed. *Parking available for 2 cars only. No garage use permitted for cars (it is too small!) - this is for beach chair and toy storage.
