Positive: It is a very nice place - spacious bedroom and living room, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. We felt at home, and it was quite close (around a 10-minute walk) to the train station and the beach. A nice touch was the possibility of using bicycles. Also, the owners were very nice.
Negative: Close to a busy street, but this was not a big problem.
Summary: A good place for a calm holiday break
