The Space:
The house is well set up for children with books, games and toys. A two minute walk takes you to the beautiful beach over the road which is a great place for exploring rock pools or just soaking up the sun.
The large, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including toaster, kettle, coffee machine plus condiments. The modern bathroom has a bath, separate shower heated towel rail, and includes a front loading washing machine opposite the toilet.
The outdoor entertainment area has newly installed heaters making the space enjoyable even on chilly evenings.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and water views. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. **Please note the max. weight for top bunk is 80kg**
There are boogie boards and buckets and spades available for the kids. Port-a-cot and high chair available on request. All bed linen and towels provided including beach towels. The house is fully fenced making it safe for small children. There is also a fish pond to spot goldfish in which is fully child-proofed.

The store and local Cafe are a short walk from the property via the foreshore walking track.
Getting Around:
Car is the best way to get to South Arm. When once you’re there you can walk to the beach, park, cafe, pharmacy and local shop!
