Kick off your thongs, brush off the sand and enjoy this cozy three bedroom house. The spacious front undercover verandah gives you the perfect spot to enjoy a cold beverage while watching the sun slip down behind the horizon. The yard is completely enclosed.
The next morning wake up to ocean views and the sound of the waves. Check out the swell ... nip down and join the locals for a dawn surf. The Beach House is located in the beachside locality of Prevelly Park. Across from the house we have the lovely 'Rifle Butts' park with a children's playground, BBQ's and dog friendly areas. Just beyond that is the infamous "Surfer's Point" where you can watch world-class surfers take on the big west coast waves.
This comfortable 'home away from home' contains many interesting pieces of artwork, most of them hand crafted by the owner. The Beach House is colourful, relaxing and refreshing. It is fully self-contained and beautifully appointed, while the yard is completely enclosed ensuring your children and/or pets are safe.The house is equipped with a wood fireplace and reverse-cycle air-conditioner making your stay all the more comfortable. Heaters also available in each bedroom.
Prevelly is 10 minutes west of the main Margaret River township and is the perfect area for beach combing, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking, bird watching, bike riding, long walks, waves or a game of golf.
Safe swimming beaches, dog beaches, cafe, restaurant and general store are all just minutes away. Lovely beach path walk to The White Elephant Cafe, a quick 2 minute walk up the top of the road to Seagardens Cafe and the Prevelly Caravan Park and Liquor Store.
