From your first step onto the beautiful covered entertaining area of the deck, you will immediately notice the style of this gorgeous house and views across the bay.
Perfect for all family members including the family pet, located within only a two minute walk to the dog beach and 5 minute walk to Dutchman’s beach. For a family day out, this property is located within a 5 minute drive to Nelson Bay Town Centre, the marina, restaurants, cafes, local boutiques and numerous other beaches surrounding the area.
Whether you wish to swim, surf, put the boat in the water or jet ski, take a camel ride in the sand dunes there is something to suit everyone and all within 5 to 10 minutes drive of the property.
This, fully airconditioned, beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated beach holiday home will take your breath away, the moment you walk inside the front door. As you walk up toward the huge middle deck at the front of the property, up the stairs onto the top deck and into the modern living area, this property bursts luxury, and a fresh and light atmosphere, through wide windowed doors. There is a seamless transition from the indoor to the outdoor, bringing the outside in. There are three spacious bedrooms; the main with a luxurious king size bed positioned at the front of the property, with water views leading onto the top deck. The second bedroom is located at the rear of the property, overlooking the fully landscaped rear yard, with a Queen size bed and the third bedroom, also at the rear of the property, has a tri bunk for the kids!
The entire living area is open plan, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen services both the indoor and outdoor dining areas, which also has a BBQ and outdoor bar fridge. The entire home’s layout is ideal for entertaining the family with the lounge, dining, kitchen and outdoor balcony, all situated centrally with views over the front of the property. The rear yard is fully enclosed and beautifully landscaped for the family to enjoy time with their pet, where the water views can still be taken in, but also includes an outdoor shower after the day at the beach.
Linen including bath towels is included and beds are made prior to arrival.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed. It is close to the beach which was very pet and family friendly. Appliances were great. Worth mentioning for families with little ones, the back yard is very steep so we had to be extra careful with the dogs, and kids stayed inside. No driveway or garage meant trawling everything upstairs which was an oversight on our part. The 2nd little entertainment area advertised out front was unusable as it was dirty/run down so don't bank on that. Overall enjoyed the stay
