Positive: House had beautiful gardens, and front windows stole the show with views. Mainly tidy and loved sitting on the lounges and staring at the view. The main bedroom was comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped, especially the kitchen. Everything you want was there. Thanks.
Negative: Stand-alone fan was so dirty and dusty. Now the 3rd bedroom, there was no way you could sleep in there as it reeked so bad of must, which the smell flowed into wards the main bedroom , ( but not as bad) we believe under the floor. The back part of the house couldn't be used . The second bedroom was musty but not too bad. At times, the smell was sickening. Windows were openned constantly .Wont be back unless you can prove it's cleaned (saddly), but its priced too high.
Summary: Beautiful, but musty.
