Positive: Beautiful appointed studio apartment, clearly very new. An excellent location and a warm and very comfortable stay for my mother. Includes a private outdoor area and double doors opening out onto the patio. All fittings were brand new and the building has been built to a high standard. Always a pleasure to see quality builders work. Good and helpful communication from the host
