Rest assured, the unit comes fully equipped, just like a personal home. We provide linens, towels (both bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, and more for easy meal preparation. Additionally, we've included 2-3 beach chairs and various beach toys for your enjoyment. However, for safety reasons, we do not provide umbrellas.
Within half a mile, you'll find several grocery stores, and to make your arrival more comfortable, we start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods, so you have the essentials right from the start.
National Geographic has recognized Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the historic district, covering a vast 144-square-block area, sparkles with two million white bulbs (as per city ordinance). This magical spectacle runs from mid-November through the end of January. Downtown Historic St. Augustine is approximately five miles away. There are also golf courses and the St. Augustine Amphitheatre within three miles, while St. Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

This is a lovely beachfront gem. The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable in every way. You just can’t beat the serenity a spot like this offers over a hotel or condo. The location was perfect and convenient - it sits right at the beach access and is easy walking distance to both the beachside local gems (and lots of newer establishments) for food and beverages.
I watched the sunrise with my feet in the sand and then enjoyed coffee on the patio - which offers an unobstructed view of the ocean. The private entrance, pathway, and space truly felt all mine. It was a quiet street with friendly locals.
Communication with the host, Michael, was super easy and quick. Would absolutely recommend staying there.
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental, however, many restaurants and the beach are both in a very walking distance! Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine, with a beach shuttle pickup station right next door at the Marriot (included for free with purchase of trolley admission). The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.
