Located just steps from the beach, this 2nd floor, one bedroom studio apartment is the perfect choice for those looking for clean and efficient. Full kitchen with all the essentials like toaster and drip coffee pot included. The Bedroom offers a queen bed with luxurious linens, fall asleep listening to the ocean. Enjoy a romantic movie or just kick back and relax on the comfortable couch, that does turn into a sleeper sofa if need. The ocean views from the deck are simply unbeatable! Located close to the pier and several great local restaurants makes this a easy choice to enjoy the best beaches in Florida. Brand new deck windows and doors installed in 2019!

Water Access: There is beach access directly behind the home
The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes
Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.
