The Aylesbury Garden Apartment is a charming holiday home on the outskirts of West Runton in Aylmerton, perfect for a couple, a small family or friends. Entirely refurbished ready for the summer of 2021, this fabulous apartment hosts up to 2 guests, and comes with access to the on-site outdoor swimming pool!
The apartment is part of a collection of beautiful holiday homes known as The Eiders. A perfect spot for a North Norfolk getaway, guests staying at The Eiders will have access to a large shared garden, outside fire pit and of course the outdoor swimming pool! (The outdoor swimming pool is open from 6th May to the 1st October.).
The garden apartment offers a super king size bed (which can be converted into two single beds if requested at the time of booking), a sofa bed sleeping either one adult or two children, living-kitchen area (kitchenette) and two bathrooms.
The sofa bed is available at an additional charge of £50.
Parking and Electric Car Charging point’s are available on site (additional charges may apply.)
1 small-medium sized dog allowed with prior agreement.
THE SPACE
A delightful ground floor apartment featuring modern furnishings and convenient amenities. The kitchen-living area offers plenty of space for two guests, with a small dining table available for morning breakfasts and light lunches. There's a small leather two-seater sofa, armchair and flat screen television attached to the wall. The kitchenette offers a microwave, kettle, toaster, electric hot plates and sink, along with crockery and silverware.
The ground level wooden balcony, which can be directly accessed via double glass doors, offers outdoor seating and pleasant views. Enjoy warm evenings overlooking charming views of the beautiful duck pond and distant views of rolling fields.
Featuring a bedroom with super king sized bed (which can be converted to a twin if requested at the time of booking), wardrobe, and direct access onto the balcony.
There's two bathrooms, each with a shower, wash basin and W/C.
The Eiders is set within 2 acres of land, with a charming shared garden area surrounded by woodland. After a fun-filled day using the fabulous outdoor solar heated swimming pool, guests can dry off in an evening roasting some marshmallows over the outside fire pit!
The outdoor swimming pool is open from 6th May to the 1st October. Seating, sun loungers and umbrellas are all available for use pool side!
