The Condo is located at the second (top) floor in a very quiet area, high speed internet are included in the rental.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
The living area is open and inviting including a new sleeper sofa with full size mattress. The sofa easily pulls-out to become a bed and comfort mattress pad helps you get a better nights sleep. Step out onto your private balcony with comfy patio seating, enjoy sunsets or morning coffee and relax in the balmy Florida weather.
The bedroom includes a comfortable KING-sized bed with linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer.
Washer & Dryer inside the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels are provided.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The place is decorated beautifully. Washer and dryer in unit was ideal. The condo had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need. The bathroom also had all the essentials, but we brought our own. The owners have really thought of everything One might need. The internet was not easy to connect to, as the “book” did not have the correct information. When we reached out to the owners, they replied “everything is in the book, we have never had internet problems before”. This was not helpful. We were frustrated. We did eventually get on the internet choosing a different WiFi connection name (the book was wrong).The checkout time in the book says 11am but we got a text the night before telling us the checkout time was 10am. Hopefully the owner will update the “book” and that will avoid the frustration we experienced. These are small things, I know. We were comfortable, felt safe and it was a great place to come back to at the end of a long hot day!
