Positive: Sanja and Mate were the best hosts in our whole stay in Croatia. As a welcome drink we have received immediately a bottle of homemade wine and a couple of days later when we left, we also got a little surprise present. Mate is an artist, who was very helpful during our stay, for instance on an evening he set us a fire in the grill outside and helped us to grill our dinner properly. The apartment is very well equipped, the living room and the bedroom are nicely furnished and decorated, the kitchen has all the appliances what you need, and it has a direct connection to the garden, which is a fabulous olive grove with little turtles in it:) Reaching the apartment by car is very easy from the main costal road (you can also use the owner’s garage against the sunlight), on foot it takes only 10 minutes from Makarska center. Absolutely recommended.
