The Archibald is centrally located, just minutes from the quaint towns of Jeffersonville and Callicoon and a short drive in either direction to Narrowsburg, Cochecton, Livingston Manor, or Roscoe and the many events at Bethel Woods. The property is a short walk to the renowned Kenoza Hall Restaurant, it’s chic bar, and Hemlock Spa.
With open integrated cooking and living spaces, five good sized bedrooms and its ability to comfortably sleep nine guests, The Archibald offers enough space to host gatherings for family and friends. All the while, it’s tucked away seating areas and cozy nooks afford quiet conversations and slower moments.
The Property: Enjoy 5 lakeside acres of lawn and woodland. Nestled close by is a fire pit, and the private dock enables swimming, fishing, or paddle boarding on the quiet 90-acre non-motorized boat lake.
The Residence:
Main Level - large living room with lake views, a fully stocked modern kitchen with breakfast bar / coffee station, dining room also with lake views and porch access, a beautiful original hallway, a bathroom with shower, and laundry facilities. The wrap around porch also offers a dining area and quiet relaxing spaces.
2nd level - oversized main suite with king size bed and gorgeous private bathroom with a stand-alone soaking tub and separate shower, a second lake view bedroom with queen size bed, another well-equipped bathroom with shower, and a media room with large television and desk space.
3rd level - large landing opens to a lovely cozy bedroom with two twin beds, a second bedroom with a full size (double) bed and office space, a third bedroom with queen size bed, and a full bathroom with stand-alone tub and separate shower.

Kenoza Lake is a hamlet in Sullivan County, New York. The community is located along New York State Route 52, 14.5 miles (23.3 km) west-northwest of Monticello. It offers a 90-acre non-motorized boat lake that's considered to be one of the higher-end private lake communities in Sullivan County. A minimum five-acre parcel requirement for the lake houses means it maintains idyllic and homeowners get some elbow room between their neighbors too.
