Positive: The Applery is a super little place, easy walking distance to all the local amenities, yet tucked away in a quiet spot in the bustling market town. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, warm, well equipped and nicely furnished… and the shower is AMAZING!! The layout is a quirky but excellent use of space, making it a bright and roomy home for 2. Dedicated parking is a real bonus, as is the little garden. There’s an abundance of good food available in the town and beautiful walks along The Leyburn Shawl begin from the front door, it’s a perfectly located base for exploring all the Dales have to offer. The owners were very friendly and helpful, we’ll definitely be back!
