Positive: It's a pretty place. Convenient to all locations near the subway except the way is going up. But it can easily be managed. The owner only phone call away gave us some tips for good restaurants around the area very accommodating. The place is nice and clean. It has all the necessities you need, for cooking and other stuff. But all in all we have a comfortable stay. The only complaint is that their rooftop is not well maintained. Hope they clean and make it the same in their pictures. But Inside the house is nice and clean. Except for some beds are hard.
Negative: Rooftop is not well maintained and dirty.
