This is a cottage style property with an open plan kitchen area set on a hill with stunning views down to St Ives Bay and the Hayle Estuary.
The communal area has an amazing high ceiling with beam creating a light and airy space that accommodates the lounge, kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen is sleek and contemporary with copper splashbacks and kickboards, and is well-appointed with all mod cons including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, gas hob and electric oven plus a coffee machine and cafetière. Plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided – kettle and toaster go without saying!
The lounge contains two large sofas arranged around french doors, allowing you to take advantage of the views. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area complete with large table and six chairs.
There are two good sized bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two 'zip and link' beds that can be configured as one double or two single beds to suit. Both rooms have ample storage. Additionally, there is a large sofabed in the lounge area and we can accommodate six people accordingly.
The accommodation has two bathrooms; a large and modern family bathroom with a spacious shower area and an en-suite bathroom to the double bedroom with a bath and shower. We provide all linen and towels.
Outside is a barbeque and seating area, arranged to maximise your view down to St Ives Bay and the Hayle Estuary. We have ample, beautifully maintained gardens that you are free to utilise for playing or dining al fresco on those days that you prefer to stay put.
We have plenty of car parking space. There is a welcome pack on arrival with further information and samples of local produce. We will accept one well-behaved dog who will enjoy the walk with you down the hill to the local pub.
We are on hand to answer any questions you may have and ensure the Hideaway meets every need. The Hideaway is a lovely place to stay and relax and enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!
