The Space:
This back house is accessible from the alley way. It has a space for a small car to park. Fenced off from the main house, it has its own deck and driveway area.
The Adrian is a studio with plenty of light. The queen bed is a memory foam and comfy. With a desk area, working from Austin is. a possibility. The kitchenette features a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.
Guest Access:
The key pad access makes coming and going easy. We live in on the East Side, so are close, but you'll have all of your privacy.
The entrance for the studio is in the alley way. You'll find the address then go to the alley. Enter from Lincoln Street. There is space for a small car to park. Larger cars or trucks have on street parking . the house is the second house from the street.
The Neighborhood:
Really, the most sought after neighborhood of Austin. Close to 12th street food and shops area (Franklin BBQ) and also walking distance from Kitty Cohens and the Webberville neighborhood. Walk up the street for Figure 8 coffee.

The house is through an alley and there is a small driveway for a small vehicle. There is plenty of on street parking that is just two houses down from The Adrian.

Is the studio a stand alone building?
Yes! It has an alley entrance and a private fenced area.
How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. If you have issues with the code, let us know and we will get you a physical key.
Is a pack/play or high chair available?
Yes! If you let us know ahead of time, we can have the pack n play and/or high chair waiting for you at the house.
Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.
Are pets allowed?
We love dogs and love to host but they do cause more complications for our cleaning crew. We have a limit of 1 dog with a 50 pet fee. Please let us know if you are bringing your pup. If guests arrive with a pet without making prior arrangements, the fee is 250.00. Because of allergies, we cannot host cats.
Service vs Emotional Support
Service dogs have received specialized training to performa specific task or tasks for an individual with a disability are considered service animals. Please provide the documentation and the pet fee is waived. Emotional support animals are important as well, but they will be charged the pet fee.
Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows.
Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)
Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.
Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.
Are a washer and dryer available?
No. There is not a washer dryer.
Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We use the DACK app (info given upon confirmation) where guests can purchase extra time before check-in or after check-out. This allows our cleaners to manage their time and have houses ready in a timely manner.
What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
