This lovely two-story cottage is located across from Hoover Auditorium in the heart of the downtown district. On summer nights, enjoy evening concert music from the open, screened wrap-around porches. The cottage is a completely new construction that has maintained its old Lakeside charm. It is built on the same footprint where the well-known Abigail Tea Room stood for many years. The Abigail Cottage was built in a similar style to honor the deep history of the Abigail Tea Room. The open floor plan is ideal for family gatherings. Features: Central Air, Gas Heat, Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer, Charcoal Grill, Screened 1st and 2nd floor porches, off-street parking for 1 to 2 vehicles, reserved on-street parking for 1 vehicle. *Renters must bring their own bed linens and towels (these will not be provided). *Renters are not permitted to bring pets, either inside or outside of the property. *A $175 cleaning fee is required with each reservation. *Upon departure guests must wash, dry and put away all kitchenware; remove all trash and take to receptacles near the Welcome Center and make beds neatly.
