Available to rent for your vacation or just a quick get away is this truly one-of-a kind, architecturally unique, custom built round two bedroom, one bath lakefront house on a pedestal. This genuinely stunning property is situated a mere (25) foot off the water and the views from the windowed main living area are awe inspiring. Nestled on the shoreline of a 74 acre full recreation lake you'll quickly forget about your daily life as peace and serenity overtakes you. The house has been newly updated in a 1970's Danish modern motif with a casual bohemian feel. The property is completely furnished. All towels, bedding and kitchen accessories are provided. Additionally, renters will have access to the dock, a gas grill, fire pit, a canoe, paddleboat, (2) kayaks and a rowboat. A restored vintage console stereo is provided for listening to retro vinyl or the radio. We also have a collection of retro board games, movies and television series for your entertainment. The house doesn't have cable, internet or Wi-Fi (it wasn't available in the 70' our story and we're sticking to it) it does come with a fine selection of UHF digital channel should you find the need to connect with the outside world. A Blu-Ray player and flat screen TV is also available for your use. Kusel Lake is a public access full recreation lake from 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. with No Wake restrictions after 5:00 p.m. till 10:00 a.m.. Fishermen should happy, according to the Department of Natural Resources Largemouth Bass are abundant, Panfish and Northern Pike are common while Walleye are present. We're situated in Waushara County 3.2 miles from Saxeville, 4.7 miles from Wild Rose, 5.9 miles from Nordic Mountain Ski Area, 7 miles from Mount Morris, 12 miles from Wautoma and 18 Miles from Waupaca.
