A TRUE SKI IN SKI OUT RESORT: Grand Lodge on Peak 7 (GL7) is one of the Breckenridge Grand Vacations resorts. GL7 is adjacent to, and within steps of, the Independence Lift on Peak 7, offering ski-in/ski-out convenience to Breckenridge Ski Resort. Starting your day from Peak7 gives you immediate access to skiing Peak 6, 7 and 8 from your first chair.
Available Thanksgiving Day through the weekend. Check-in on Thursday November 28, 2024 (room guaranteed available by 4:00pm); and check-out on Sunday December 1, 2024.
With approximately 800 square feet, this one-bedroom residence features a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. This one-bedroom villa comfortably sleeps 4 and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay -- stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, a washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, a large living room area and a private balcony. The bedroom has a king bed, large dresser, flat screen TV. The bathroom has two rooms with a tub and vanity and two sinks in one area, and toilet, shower, vanity and one sink in the other. The main living area off the bedroom has balcony, a queen sleeper sofa, a stone fireplace, and flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a separate dining area with seating for up to six guests. The full kitchen has granite counters, with a breakfast bar and high-back chairs; a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware and utensils. There is also a washer and dryer included in the space for your convenience. Linens, towels, soaps, shampoo, and coffee for the coffeemaker, are all included. There are also robes for your use (and if more are needed, you can obtain them from Soothe Spa).
Additional Amenities include: an indoor/outdoor aquatics area with wonderful outdoor hot tubs, facing the mountain, indoor/outdoor pools, and slide. Grilling areas, fire pits, and outdoor seating are located throughout the resort grounds. There are ski lockers and benches in an indoor ground level heated area for guests to store skiis and put on gear before exiting a door that leads directly to the Independence Lift. GL7 also has a grand lobby with large fireplace, piano bar, and comfortable seating areas with views of the mountain. The Soothe Spa offers various spa treatments, an adults-only, in-door grotto-style hot tub with a rock waterfall. There is an on-site restaurant (Sevens). GL7 has mini movie theaters on-site, free for use by its guests. GL7 sits on the BreckConnect Gondola route at the Peak 7 turn station, providing direct access to Peak 8 as well as historic downtown Breckenridge. GL7 also provides complimentary shuttle service to town for shopping and more restaurants. Also, complimentary wireless internet.
The property provides complimentary parking in the heated underground parking garage for one vehicle with a one-bedroom rental.
Breck Sports ski rental is just 10 feet from the property and 20 feet from the Independence lift right outside the resort.
Once you pay, we will provide your name as the guests checking in for the Thanksgiving Week. You will receive a confirmation from Grand Lodge Peak 7 with your names as the guests checking in. We recommend that you call Grand Lodge after receiving your confirmation to make Soothe Spa massage and treatment reservations, as well as a reservation for the movie theater. When you check-in you will be provided with a parking pass, as well as ski locker assignment and keys. You will need photo ID and credit card at check-in. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Checkout time is 11:00am.
