ACCOMMODATION The penthouse is part of the Drift bespoke luxury apartment complex completed in November 2019. This two level penthouse has 4 bedrooms, 2 are master bedrooms with direct access to the large roof top deck. The other two rooms are located on the 1st floor along with the open plan living, dining and kitchen. Off the living room is another cover outdoor deck with a casual dining table & BBQ. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Master 1 – King bed with ensuite, freestanding bath, shower, toilet & walk-in robe Master 2 – Queen bed with ensuite, shower & toilet Bedroom 3 – Queen bed Bedroom 4 – 2 x King Single beds Main bathroom with shower & bath KITCHEN The kitchen has beautiful clean lines, stunning marble bench top breakfast bar, butler’s pantry, drink station with Zip filtered water system & wine fridge. Integrated fridge and dishwasher, Smeg oven, microwave & induction stove top. LIVING AND ENTERTAINMENT Beautiful oak timber floors, designer furniture and furnishings, create an elegant beach style setting. Light filled open plan kitchen, dining, and living space flow onto a covered outdoor dining area & BBQ for those casual meals with amazing views of the beach. The roof top deck with its the stunning views of the coastline north to Sunshine Beach is a great place to relax on the sun lounges and enjoy view. It is a great place for a sun downer after a day at the beach. Beach shower and surf board storage at the entry to the penthouse to rinse off after the beach. COMPLEX AMENITIES Resort pool set in sub-tropical native gardens, sun deck and lounge poolside; our guests have access to the VIP lounge located on the pool level. Covered community BBQ area located on the same level as the pool with lounges, dining table and chairs. Car spaces for 2 cars & lift access to the penthouse. ADDITIONAL FEATURES -Fully air-conditioned -55” smart TV in the living room -WiFi -Blue tooth speaker -Wine fridge in the kitchen & master walk in in robe -Fully equipped kitchen -Zip filtered water -Outdoor dining option -BBQ -Outdoor shower -2 car spaces -Lift access to penthouse Please note – regarding Covid Lockdowns : Should there be a lockdown of borders to QLD or travel restrictions come into place- guests would still be booking under the third party’s cancellation policy. We have had a tremendous amount of cancellations since Covid started with major loss of income to owners and they have unfortunately had to make touch decision regarding future bookings.
