The gourmet kitchen will be a hit with the chef in your group! With stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space, you’ll undoubtedly have tantalizing smells wafting through the townhome in no time! And with the spacious cabinets, there’s plenty of room to store all the chef’s ingredients (plus all the snacks!)
Honor the chef’s efforts as you gather around the formal dining table for 6 to savor a delicious meal. The double sliding glass doors bring the outside in, bringing in the natural light and allowing you a beautiful view of the lush tropical plants just outside.

On the upper level of the townhome, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each ready to offer a restful night’s sleep.
The primary bedroom offers a luxe king size bed, dressed in top-quality linens, with 45” TV, dual nightstands and lamps, perfect for catching up with your novel or writing in your journal. A/C keeps you nice and cool. Afternoon nappers will appreciate the double-tinted windows and black-out blinds. Best of all is a private lanai, perfect for enjoying the morning or evening breeze. The primary bath has a large walk-in shower with two shower heads.
The guest room features a queen size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and an A/C unit. A second private lanai is a lovely bonus.

The AC units will only work optimally when all doors and windows are closed. They will turn themselves off within 3 minutes if the doors are open and 15/30 minutes if no one is in the room.
