Positive: The apartment was amazing. It was well equipped and comfortable with a nice balcony with a view on the beach. The beach is 3min walking. There is parking in a several story parking garage that is 2min walking and there was always space available. The location within the city was also great, close to the city center and restaurants. The masterbedroom is towards the calm side so we didn't experience any problems with noise. The host was very friendly, self-check in was possible, which was nice since we only arrived late in the evening. They gave us updates and answered questions quickly. Just too sad we didn't meet them in person.
Negative: Gela itself is maybe not the nicest city, sometimes there is a stench in the air because of the factory nearby, not too much of a problem though. But the apartment itself is great from where we could explore the region.
