Terravita Golf Home - Luxury single-family golf home located in Terravita Country Club. Three bedroom main house and one bedroom casita w/ it's own kitchen, living room and bathroom. Terravita is a high end golf course community with panoramic Sonoran Desert Views. The Terravita lifestyle is very laid back and perfect for active adults. Guests can make new friends while playing a round of golf or hanging out at the country club. Terravita Country Club offers scenic views from their restaurant and bar. There are many great planned social events to mingle and meet other members. Terravita Community Center offers guests to take advantage of great features like: A heated olympic sized lap pool, hot tub, fitness center w/ fitness classes, racquet club w/ tennis and pickle ball, many planned activities, and even an art studio!
Beautifully landscaped exterior with lush agaves and desert plants. This home has a 2 car garage and a golf cart garage. (Golf cart not included, sorry.) Walking into the home, you'll be delighted with the light and airy feeling this home brings with it's high ceilings, light neutral color scheme and warm desert accents. The home is furnished with modern southwestern furniture and decor giving this home a contemporary Sonoran Desert feel. Plenty of room for entertaining! There is a formal dining room with a black wooden table that can seat up to eight people comfortably.
The open living space includes another sitting area with a table and four chairs, plus bench seating for up to four more. There is a sitting area with white leather swivel chairs and a bookshelf. The sitting area is next to the fireplace and a cozy place to read a book and relax. The living room has a very comfortable cream colored sectional couch, wooden coffee table, tv console and a 85" mounted Smart TV. The living room TV also has Cox Cable included.
Across from the living room is the breakfast bar which has 4 counter height stools. To the right is a wet bar that includes a sink, wine fridge and glassware. The kitchen is located directly behind and has custom wood cabinets and granite countertops. The kitchen includes a large built in fridge, gas cook top, microwave and double-ovens. The kitchen window has a beautiful view of the mountain scenery.
The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a beautiful wooden king sized bed, two night stands w/ lamps, a sitting chair and ottoman, dresser and a 55" Smart TV. The master has a walk-in closet and attached master bathroom. The master bathroom has his & hers vanities with custom wood cabinets and granite countertops. There is a huge walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and a stand alone, jetted soaking tub.
The second bedroom is furnished with a white wooden queen sized bed, two night stands w/ lamps, a sitting chair, a small dresser and a 43" Smart TV. This room has an attached bathroom (second bathroom in the home) with a single-sink vanity and a tub / shower combo. Across from the second bedroom is an office which is furnished with a twin sized trundle bed. The trundle bed has a twin top mattress and a second mattress that pulls out from the bottom which is also twin sized. There is also a workspace in the office which includes a desk & chair, computer monitor, table-top lamp and wireless printer.
The casita / guest house has everything needed to make your guests comfortable. The casita has a living room with an L-shaped sleeper sofa that can fold out into a queen bed. Across from the sofa is a mounted 43" Smart TV. To the left of the living room is a mini kitchen that includes a sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. The bedroom of the casita is furnished with a wooden queen sized bed and two white night stands w/ lamps. The casita has a small closet and dresser for clothing and luggage storage. The casita has it's own attached bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a tub / shower combo. Guests will enjoy the casita's private patio which has a walk-way leading towards the pool. The casita's patio is furnished with a sitting bench, coffee table and two chairs. This is a perfect place for your guests to read a book or sip a cup of coffee in the morning.
Beautifully landscaped backyard with great Sonoran Desert mountain views! The backyard is fully set up for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy a relaxing night taking a warm swim in the sparkling pool or easing your muscles in the hot tub. The backyard has a heated pool and spa w/ additional fee. Across from the spa is a sitting area with an outdoor sofa, two chairs and a cantilever umbrella and an additional two-person sitting area under the patio. The backyard has a built in gas BBQ grill with a cozy outdoor fireplace right beside it.

** Security Camera Disclosure ** This home has a doorbell camera, a camera facing the front entryway/driveway of the home, and cameras on the side of the house.
**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
**Pool/spa can be heated with an additional $90/day + tax heating fee applies. Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature **
~The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $90.00/day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter.
